Product Features 

The APE8990GN3B is a dual-channel N-Channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load switching applications. It supports up to 6A continuous current per channel with ultra-low on-resistance (20mΩ). The controlled turn-on feature prevents inrush current, and the integrated 150Ω discharge resistor provides quick output discharge. Ideal for power management in notebooks, tablets, and set-top boxes.

• Input Voltage Range (VIN): 0.8V - 5.5V. 
• Bias Voltage Range (VBIAS): 3V - 5.5V (VBIAS ≥ VIN required).
