Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options and Delivery 


We work with Yurtiçi Kargo and Hepsijet as our contracted shipping partners for orders placed on our website. 

Please note that our agreements with shipping companies may change from time to time. We kindly ask you to check the product page descriptions for the most up-to-date shipping options. 

Shipping Schedule and Dispatch Times: 

  • Yurtiçi Kargo: Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays and before 14:30 on Saturdays are shipped the same day. 
  • Hepsijet: Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays and before 12:00 on Saturdays are shipped the same day. 
  • International Shipments: Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day via Air Parcel Post. 

Products are usually shipped on the same day or within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed outside of working hours, during weekends, or on official holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

To avoid any issues with delivery, please ensure that the address and phone number provided during checkout are accurate. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery, especially when planning for customer deadlines.
