Manufactured to industrial standards, unlike standard mobile phone sockets, it safely handles 40W/100W+ high current (Power Delivery) requirements. It features a specific 24-pin layout and extended chassis ears with fixing holes. Due to its dense pin configuration, mounting it on the motherboard requires high precision; the 24 data and power transmission pins are attached using SMD (surface mount) techniques, while the chassis legs utilize DIP soldering for motherboard integration. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the replacement be performed by expert technicians experienced in using a hot air station and micro-soldering.
