The G2898KD1U is a dual N-Channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching applications. It features a continuous current capacity of 6A per channel and offers ultra-low on-resistance (16mΩ). Equipped with controlled turn-on (Soft Start) and Quick Output Discharge features, it is used for power management in notebooks, tablets, and set-top boxes.
