The product you are viewing is the Spacer Frame specifically designed for Intel 8th, 9th, and 10th Gen Series. It does not include the 3D Stencil or Main Magnet.

The 3D Stencil Set consists of 3 components:
- Main Magnet (Base Magnet)
- Spacer Frame: Custom-produced for each chipset model (this is the product you are viewing).
- 3D Stencil: Designed separately for each chipset model.
Application:
Place the chipset to be reballed into the Spacer Frame. Position the 3D Stencil on top, followed by the Main Magnet to secure the assembly.
This setup allows for a safe and efficient reballing process.
If solder balls are used, the channels on the stencil facilitate the removal of excess balls.
Solder paste may also be employed, depending on the technician's preference.
