Product Features 

This product is the Intermediate Plate (Middle Placing Hole) designed specifically for the 3D Stencil system used with AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS series processors. It does not include the 3D Stencil or the Base Magnet. Only the intermediate plate is sold.

The 3D Stencil System Consists of 3 Parts:

• 1. Base Magnet: You can purchase it here
• 2. Intermediate Plate (Middle Placing Hole): Produced separately for each chipset model. (This product: AMD R9-7940HS)
• 3. 3D Stencil: Produced separately for each chipset model.

Application: The AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor to be reballed is placed inside the intermediate plate, the 3D stencil is placed on top, and it is secured with the Base Magnet at the top. When using solder balls, excess balls can be easily removed from the outlet on the stencil channel. Solder paste can also be used (depending on the technician’s skill).

Socket / Package Information: The AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS is a Ryzen 7040 series processor based on the Phoenix (Zen 4) architecture. It supports FP7, FP7r2, and FP8 BGA packages.
