3D Stencils consist of 3 parts. 

1. Main Magnet (Base Magnet) 

2. Stencil Spacer Frame (You are currently viewing the Spacer Frame of the set) 

3. 3D Stencil (Separate stencil for each chipset model) 

Application: 

The chipset to be re-balled is placed in the Spacer Frame, then the correct 3D Stencil is placed on top, and finally the Base Magnet is placed. In this way, the reballing process can be performed. 

If solder balls are used in the reballing process, it provides convenience when removing excess balls from the stencil channel. 

Solder paste can also be used in the reballing process. However, this depends entirely on the technician's skill.
