The SLG5NT1757V is a high-performance single-channel nFET integrated power switch with a fast discharge feature, manufactured by Dialog Semiconductor (Renesas). Featuring an ultra-low on-resistance (5 mΩ RDS(ON)), this IC is designed for all 0.6V to 1.98V low-voltage power rail applications and can carry up to 4A of continuous current. It is widely used in the switching and repair of very low-voltage, high-current precision power rails on motherboards.
