The product you are reviewing is only the Spacer Frame model produced for AMD Radeon™ RX 7700 / 7800 (Navi 32) Series. This product does not include the base magnet or the 3D stencil.

3D Stencil Set consists of 3 parts: 

1. Base Magnet 
2. Spacer Frame: Specially produced for each chipset model (the product you are reviewing). 
3. 3D Stencil: Specially designed for each chipset model. 

Application: 
The chipset to be reballed is placed inside the Spacer Frame. The 3D stencil is placed on top, and the base magnet is placed at the very top to fix it. In this way, the reballing process can be done safely and easily. 

If solder balls are to be used, the channels on the stencil make it easy for excess balls to be removed. Solder paste can also be used; this is entirely the technician's preference.
