What is C4?

C4 is a classification by the stencil manufacturer for components designed to accommodate larger chipset models. Please note that stencils and spacer frames in the C4 class are specifically designed to fit the C4 Base Magnet and may not be compatible with other magnets.

Application Instructions

To use this set for reballing:

Place the chipset to be reballed into the spacer frame.
Position the appropriate 3D stencil on top of the chipset.
Secure the setup by placing the C4 Base Magnet at the base.
Proceed with the reballing process using solder balls or solder paste.

- When using solder balls, excess balls can be easily removed through the outlet on the stencil.

- The use of solder paste is also possible but requires skilled handling.
