The XM25QH128AHIG is an advanced serial flash memory IC manufactured by XMC, featuring a 128M-bit (16 Megabyte) capacity and a 3V operating voltage. In addition to the standard SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) protocol, it supports Dual/Quad SPI and QPI interfaces to provide the high bandwidth and fast data transfer rates required by the system.
