Operating at 3.0V, this RH series chip features RPMC (Replay Protected Memory Block) security capabilities in addition to standard SPI functions. This security feature is essential for platforms requiring Secure Boot, such as Intel/AMD motherboards, network gateways, and IoT devices, to protect against unauthorized firmware rollback or tampering. Housed in a compact WSON8 package.
