The MX77L12850FM2I40 is a 128M-bit (16MB) 3V RPMC (Replay Protection Monotonic Counter) SPI Flash memory manufactured by Macronix. It supports Standard SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI interfaces. Quad I/O mode is permanently enabled by factory default. The RPMC feature provides monotonic counter and authentication support for security applications. Ideal for BIOS security, firmware protection, and embedded systems.
