Product Features 

The MP8892GL-Z, MP8892GL-P is a complete power management IC (PMIC) designed by Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) that integrates four high-efficiency step-down (buck) DC/DC converters and a flexible logic interface. Operating over a wide input voltage range from 4V to 16V, it provides four independent outputs with maximum currents of 4.5A, 2A, 2A, and 1A, respectively. The output voltage can be dynamically adjusted via the I2C bus or preset using the built-in three-time programmable MTP memory e-fuse. The on/off sequences can also be fully configured via the MTP. It utilizes Constant-on-time (COT) control to deliver a fast transient response, while the configurable switching frequency (fSW, ranging from 500kHz to 1.6MHz) significantly reduces the size of external inductors and capacitors. Available in a space-saving QFN-22 package, the device is equipped with comprehensive protection features including UVLO, OCP with hiccup mode, and thermal warning/shutdown.
