The IRFH8334TRPbF is a 30V 44A N-Channel HEXFET Power MOSFET manufactured by Infineon (formerly International Rectifier). It is optimized to be used as a control MOSFET in high frequency buck converter circuits. Featuring a low Rds(on) resistance of 9.0 mΩ and a low gate charge (Qg) of 11 nC, this MOSFET minimizes both conduction loss and switching loss, providing superior energy efficiency. Produced in an industry-standard PQFN 5x6 mm package, it features a low profile of under 0.9 mm and a very low thermal resistance to the PCB (< 3.2°C/W). Fully compatible with existing surface mount techniques, this chip can be reliably used in laptops, desktop motherboards, and general-purpose DC-DC converter systems.
