The product you are reviewing is a 3D Stencil model specifically manufactured for the Intel® 8th, 9th, and 10th Gen Series. This product does not include the Main Magnet or the Spacer Frame.

The 3D Stencil Set consists of 3 components:

1. Base Magnet
2. Spacer Frame: Custom-produced for each chipset model.
3. 3D Stencil: Designed separately for each chipset model.

Application:
The chipset to be reballed is placed into the Spacer Frame. The 3D Stencil is positioned on top, followed by the main magnet to secure the assembly.
This configuration enables a safe and efficient reballing process.
If solder balls are used, the channels on the stencil facilitate the removal of excess balls.
Solder paste may also be employed, depending on the technician's preference.
