The FDMF6820A is part of onsemi's XS DrMOS family, providing a fully optimized, ultra-compact integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solution for high-current, high-frequency, synchronous buck DC-DC applications. Using onsemi's high-performance POWERTRENCH MOSFET technology, this module dramatically reduces switch ringing, eliminating the need for snubber circuits in most buck converter applications. The integrated approach optimizes driver and MOSFET dynamic performance, system inductance, and overall efficiency.
