This device includes two specialized N-Channel MOSFETs in a dual PQFN package, forming an asymmetric power stage solution. The switch node has been internally connected to enable easy placement and routing of synchronous buck converters. Its low inductance packaging shortens rise/fall times, resulting in lower switching losses. The control MOSFET (Q1) and synchronous SyncFET (Q2) have been designed to provide optimal power transmission.

• Function: 25V 30A/40A Asymmetric Dual N-Channel Power MOSFET. 
• Drain-Source Voltage (VDS): 25V (Common for Q1 and Q2). 
• Continuous Drain Current (ID): 30A for Q1, 40A for Q2 (Package limited, TC = 25°C). 
• On-Resistance (RDS(on) Max): 5.6 mΩ for Q1 (@VGS=10V); 1.6 mΩ for Q2 (@VGS=10V).
