The MP86670-C787 is a monolithic half-bridge Intelli-Phase™ solution featuring built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It is designed to achieve a continuous output current (IOUT) of up to 80A across a wide input voltage range. The integration of drivers and MOSFETs results in high efficiency due to optimal dead time (DT) and reduced parasitic inductance. Operating from 100kHz to 3MHz, this device offers advanced features such as accurate current sensing with Accu-Sense™, junction temperature reporting, and a tri-state PWM input. The MP86670-C787 is ideal for high-current applications where efficiency and a compact footprint are critical, such as DT/MB (Desktop/Motherboard) core voltage supplies and graphic card regulators.
