This is a precision-cut stainless steel BGA reballing stencil designed for Micron D9WMH LPDDR4 memory chips. It is perfectly matched to the BGA200 pin layout, making it compatible with D9WMH and a wide range of other Micron LPDDR4 ICs sharing the same footprint. Essential for onboard RAM repair and upgrades in modern laptops, including various MacBook and Ultrabook models.
