The APX9131A is an ultra-sensitive, omnipolar Hall-effect micro switch IC from ANPEC with a latched digital output. Operating in the 2.5 V to 3.5 V supply range, it features a chopper-stabilized amplifier and low-power clocking scheme, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. It triggers with either north or south pole and serves as a superior alternative to reed switches.
