The AH180N is a high-sensitivity, micropower omnipolar Hall-effect sensor switch from Diodes Incorporated. Operating in the 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply range, it consumes only 24 µA typical at 3 V, making it optimized for battery-powered portable devices. Two sensitive Hall plates and a chopper-stabilized architecture provide superior temperature stability, minimal switch-point drift, enhanced stress immunity, and good RF noise immunity. It triggers with either north or south pole.
