The AOZ5316NQI is a DrMOS Power Module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver, designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck (step-down) topology. This module offers a 55A continuous output current capacity and supports a wider 25V input voltage range compared to previous models. The MOSFETs are individually optimized for synchronous buck configuration: The High-Side MOSFET has low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching with low duty cycle operation, while the Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. This module uses a PWM input for accurate control of the power MOSFET's switching activities, is compatible with both 3V and 5V (CMOS) logic, and supports Tri-State PWM. It supports **Diode Emulation Mode** via SMOD# control to enhance light-load performance.
