The AOE6930 is an asymmetric dual N-channel Power MOSFET utilizing proprietary XSPairFET technology and Bottom Source technology by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. This component offers superior performance in power management applications through its low-resistance package and optimized cell design. It is designed for computer motherboards, servers, and POL (Point of Load) modules. It is 100% Rg and UIS tested for reliability.

• Drain-Source Voltage (VDS): 30V (Common for Q1 and Q2).
