AMAOE-SSD1 is a multi-purpose BGA reballing stencil designed for DDR, SSD and NAND Memory ICs. It supports multiple BGA package sizes on a single stencil. Markings on the stencil include: 2246 XXT G AA, 2246EN G AA, 2258XT G AB, 2246XT H AA, BGA96 DDR, AS2258-BN, BGA136, BGA152, BGA132, BGA272, BGA316, BGA100. Thickness: 0.20mm (T:0.20MM). Suitable for reballing of SSD, DDR and NAND Flash Memory ICs.
