AMAOE-SSD3 is a multi-purpose BGA reballing stencil designed for Innogrit (Rainier, Shasta, ShastaPlus, Tacoma, RainierQ series) and Phison SSD controller chips. It supports multiple SSD controller BGA package sizes on a single stencil. Markings on the stencil include: RainierQ-12x12-361 (IG5220BBA/IG5221BAA), ShastaPlus-10x10-256 (IG5216BAA), LPDDR4-BGA200, 1113-SSD-BGA345, Rainier15X15-575, RainierA/B/3S, Tacoma-21X21-899 (IG5669FAA), Rainier14X14-528 (IG5235CAA), RainierQXX7.5x11-216 (IG5220BAA), ShastaPlus-7X11-198 (IG5216BBA), Shasta7X10.5-187 (IG5208BBA), Shasta9X10-195 (IG5208BAB).
