This product is the Middle Placing Hole (Ara Yuva) apparatus designed specifically for SRH8Q series chipsets as part of the 3D Stencil system. Does NOT include 3D Stencil or Base Magnet. Only the middle placing hole.

Application: The chipset to be reballed is placed inside the middle placing hole, then the 3D stencil is placed on top, and finally secured with the Base Magnet. When using solder balls, the stencil channel outlet allows easy removal of excess balls. Solder paste can also be used (depends on technician skill).
