The NCP302155 (NCP302155MNTWG) is an advanced integrated driver and MOSFET (DrMOS) solution designed by onsemi for notebook, ultrabook, tablet, and server systems, integrating a MOSFET driver, high-side MOSFET, and low-side MOSFET into a single package. With a 55A continuous average current capacity and a switching frequency up to 2 MHz, it delivers superior performance in high-current DC-DC buck power conversion applications. It is fully compatible with 3.3V and 5V PWM input signals and offers a Zero Cross Detection (ZCD) option for 3-level PWM inputs. By supporting Intel Power State 4 standards, it ensures high power efficiency in next-generation processor (V-Core) power supplies. For system safety, it features critical protection functions such as thermal warning, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The compact PQFN-31 (5x5 mm) package structure saves significant board space on the PCB and drastically reduces parasitic losses compared to discrete components.
