The TPS51396ARJER, TPS51396ARJET is a cost-effective, high-voltage input, high-efficiency synchronous buck (step-down) regulator with integrated FETs produced by Texas Instruments. Thanks to its D-CAP3 control architecture, it offers fast transient response without requiring external compensation. It features ULQ (Ultra Low Quiescent Current) designed to extend battery life during the system's standby mode. It includes Eco-Mode to provide high efficiency at light-load conditions and an OOA (Out-of-Audio) mode that keeps the switching frequency above 25 kHz to prevent audible noise.
