Product Features
The TPS51285BRUKR - TPS51285BRUKT is a cost-effective, dual synchronous buck controller with 5-V and 3.3-V LDOs, designed by Texas Instruments for notebook and tablet computers. It achieves low power consumption by using auto-skip and ULQ (Ultra-Low Quiescent) modes, which is highly beneficial for long battery life during system stand-by mode. The device employs an adaptive on-time D-CAP mode control that enables fast load transient response without the need for an external compensation network. Additionally, it provides a 256-kHz VCLK output to drive an external charge pump with minimum power consumption. Unlike the A version, both VREG3 and VREG5 LDOs are "Always-On" in this model.
