The Texas Instruments TL331IDBVR and TL331IDBVT belong to the industry-standard TL331 series of single comparator ICs. Featuring a wide supply voltage capability ranging from 2 V to 36 V, this device maintains excellent energy efficiency with a very low typical supply current of 0.4 mA. Its open-collector output is fully compatible with TTL, MOS, and CMOS, making it highly adaptable to various logic voltage levels and level-shifting applications. Equipped with a typical response time of 1.3 µsec and a 1000 V HBM ESD protection rating, this "I" series chip delivers stable performance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It can be reliably utilized in a wide range of applications including vacuum robots, UPS systems, wireless infrastructure, and motor drives.
