The SY21102ABC, SY8292ABC by Silergy is a high-efficiency asynchronous Buck converter capable of delivering up to 2A of output current over a wide input voltage range from 5V to 40V. It employs a constant off-time and peak current mode control strategy to achieve fast transient responses. The integrated power MOSFET with a low RDS(ON) minimizes conduction losses. Its 800kHz switching frequency allows for low output voltage ripple and reduces the size of external inductors and capacitors. The SY21102 also provides comprehensive protection features, including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over-temperature protection, and output short circuit protection. It is available in a compact SOT23-6 package. Silergy choose SY21102ABC code instead of first gen of SY8292ABC product code for new productions.
