An integrated VRPower® power stage (DrMOS) solution by Vishay Siliconix, optimized for synchronous buck applications and capable of delivering up to 50A continuous current. The internal power MOSFETs utilize Vishay's advanced Gen IV TrenchFET technology, which significantly reduces switching and conduction losses. The advanced gate driver IC features high current driving capability, adaptive dead-time control, an integrated bootstrap Schottky diode, and a thermal warning (THWn) system that alerts against excessive junction temperatures. It also includes zero current detect to improve light load efficiency.
