The RTS5400-GR is an advanced USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) Controller manufactured by Realtek. It integrates all Type-C Channel Configuration (CC) functions, Power Delivery protocols (including BMC PHY, policy engine, and manager), and high-speed MUX switching into a single chip. It is widely used in notebooks, desktops, monitors, and docking stations to manage power and data negotiation for USB-C ports. The built-in 10Gbps MUX supports Type-C plug flipping and Alternate Modes such as DisplayPort.
