RT8816A is a Dual-Phase PWM Controller with PWM-VID Reference from Richtek. It is optimized for high-performance graphic microprocessors and supports the nVidia OVR2 specification with a PWM-VID interface. The IC integrates a Constant On-Time (COT) PWM controller, two MOSFET drivers with internal bootstrap diodes, and channel current balance.
