RT8207L is a Complete DDRII/DDRIII/Low-Power DDRIII/DDRIV Memory Power Supply Controller from Richtek. It integrates a synchronous PWM buck controller, a 1.5A sink/source tracking LDO and a buffered low noise reference. Designed for high efficiency and fast transient response in notebook computer and DDR memory power applications.

• Function: Complete DDRII/DDRIII/LPDDRIII/DDRIV Memory Power Supply Controller.
• Input Voltage Range: 4.5V ~ 26V.
• VDDQ Output: Fixed 1.8V (DDRII), 1.5V (DDRIII) or Adjustable 0.75V ~ 3.3V (supports 1.35V LPDDRIII / 1.2V DDRIV).
• VTT LDO: 1.5A sink/source capability.
• VTTREF: Buffered low noise 10mA reference (±20mV accuracy).
• Control Scheme: Constant-on-time PWM, 100ns load step response.
• Current Limit: Resistor programmable by low-side R_DS(ON) sense.
• Protection: OVP, UVP, thermal shutdown, soft-start.
• Sleep State Support: High-Z in S3, soft-off in S4/S5.
