The RT6256BHGQUF (RT6256BH) is a 6A Synchronous Buck Converter with integrated power MOSFETs featuring ACOT® (Advanced Constant On-Time) control architecture. It provides stable operation with low ESR ceramic output capacitors without external compensation. The integrated 3.3V LDO output supplies additional power for external loads.
