C4 Type Base Magnet Big 

C4 is a class created by the stencil manufacturer to mold larger chipset models. 

There are special main magnets, magnetically sensitive stencils, and intermediate/spencer/middle slots/plates available for this class. Stencils and intermediate slots in the C4 class may not be compatible with other main magnets. 

Can this base magnet be used for all models? No, this base magnet must be used for with only C4 type bigger spencers and C4 type magnetic sensitive stencils.

Application: 

The chipset to be reballed is placed in the intermediate slot, the 3D stencil is placed on top, and finally, the C4 Main Magnet is placed on top. This way, the reballing process can be performed. 

If solder balls are to be used in the reballing process, excess balls can be easily removed from the stencil's channel outlet, which will facilitate the process. 

Solder paste can also be used in the reballing process. However, this depends entirely on the skill of the technician performing the process.

All orders placed before 16:30 on weekdays will be given to local post office with Registered Air Parcel.
