ISL99390FRZR is a 90A Smart Power Stage (SPS) module developed by Renesas. Features integrated high-accuracy current and temperature monitors. Compatible with Renesas ISL68/69xxx Digital Multiphase (DMP) controllers and ISL6617A phase doublers. Provides 3.3V compatible tri-state PWM input (FRZR variant). Simplifies design by eliminating DCR sensing networks and thermal compensation components. Thermally enhanced 5x6 QFN package enables high-density designs.
