Application: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be applied so that no residue remains (particles, dust, previous thermal product residue, silicone oil, etc.). Do not spread on the chipset DIE, apply a sufficient amount in X pattern. Placing small dots between the X pattern ensures full spreading.
