Application: Clean the chipset and heatsink surfaces thoroughly to remove any residue. Avoid using sharp objects. If necessary, use a cotton pad with thinner/isopropyl alcohol for cleaning. Apply sufficent amount of thermal paste either using X pattern, Three lines or 5 Dots method. The paste will spread evenly after heatsink installation. 

Condition: Sealed in original packaging.
