Application: Memory or MOSFET surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly without leaving any residue. Do not use sharp objects. If necessary, clean with cotton and thinner. The gap between the heatsink and the surface must be measured precisely, and if needed, information on thickness and other dimensions should be obtained from the device manufacturer. Apply the correctly sized thermal pad and install the heatsink. 

Condition: Sealed in original packaging. 2mm thickness, 85x45mm dimensions.
