The Fehonda 6.0W thermal pad series is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of high-performance applications requiring superior heat dissipation. With an impressive 6.0 W/mK thermal conductivity, it excels in managing high heat loads, preventing hardware from overheating, and extending the overall lifespan of electronic devices. Manufactured from eco-friendly and non-toxic materials, this product maintains excellent compressibility, providing maximum contact between surfaces for consistent and efficient heat dissipation. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +180°C, and it holds a UL 94 V-0 flame rating. With Shore C 30~45 hardness, 3.2 g/cc density, and >6 Kv/mm breakdown voltage values, it offers superior electrical insulation and mechanical stability while its flexible structure allows for easy application in your devices.

The manufacturer, Shenzhen/Hunan Feihongda Technology Co., Ltd., is certified with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 and is currently in the application process for IATF16949 certification. 

Application: The surfaces to be applied must be thoroughly cleaned without leaving any residue. Sharp or piercing tools should not be used. If necessary, cleaning can be done with cotton and thinner. The gap between the heatsink and the surface must be measured precisely. After applying the correctly sized thermal pad, the heatsink installation should be performed.
