Application: Heatsink, Processor, memory, or MOSFET surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly without leaving any residue. Do not use sharp objects. If necessary, clean with cotton and thinner. The gap between the heatsink and the surface must be measured precisely, and if needed, information regarding thickness and dimensions should be obtained from the device manufacturer. Apply the correctly sized thermal pad and install the heatsink. 

Condition: Sealed in original package. 0.50mm thickness, 100x100mm dimensions.
