Product Features 

The TPS548A20RVER is a high-efficiency Synchronous Buck Converter with integrated MOSFETs, supporting up to 15-A continuous output current. It utilizes TI's proprietary D-CAP3™ control mode for ultra-fast load-step response and supports all ceramic output capacitors without external compensation. 

  • Conversion Input Voltage: 1.5 V to 20 V (with Snubber). 
  • Bias Input Voltage: 4.5 V to 25 V. 
  • Output Voltage Range: 0.6 V to 5.5 V. 
  • Continuous Output Current: 15 A (Integrated 9.9-mΩ and 4.3-mΩ MOSFETs). 
  • Switching Frequency: Eight selectable settings from 200 kHz to 1 MHz. 
  • Control Mode: D-CAP3™ for fast transient response. 
  • Operating Modes: Auto-Skipping Eco-Mode™ for light-load efficiency or FCCM for tight ripple requirements. 
  • Protection Features: Hiccup Over Current Protection (OCP), OVP, UVP, UVLO, and Thermal Shutdown. 
  • Package Type: Small 4.5 mm × 3.5 mm, 28-Pin VQFN-CLIP.
