The AOZ5470QE is a Smart Power Stage (SPS) Module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver, designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck (step-down) topology. This module offers a 60A continuous output current capacity and supports a wide 25V input voltage range. **Highly accurate current (IMON) and temperature (TMON)** monitors are integrated internally. The MOSFETs are individually optimized for synchronous buck configuration: The High-Side MOSFET is optimized to achieve low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching with low duty cycle operation, while the Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. This module uses a PWM input for accurate control of the power MOSFET's switching activities and supports Diode Emulation Mode to enhance light-load performance.
