Product Features 

The EMP18K03HPCS is a Logic Level Enhancement Mode Dual N-Channel MOSFET manufactured by Excelliance MOS. It features an asymmetric dual configuration (Q1+Q2) within a single EDFN5x6 package. With very low RDS(ON) and high current handling capability (up to 172A for Q2), it is optimized for high-efficiency synchronous buck converters and power management applications.
