The AOZ5516QI-02 is a DrMOS Power Module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver, designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck (step-down) topology. This module offers a 55A continuous output current capacity and supports a wide 25V input voltage range. The MOSFETs are individually optimized for synchronous buck configuration: The High-Side MOSFET is optimized to achieve low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching with low duty cycle operation, while the Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. This module uses a PWM and/or FCCM (Fixed Constant Current Mode) input for accurate control of the power MOSFET's switching activities, is compatible with 5V (CMOS) logic, and supports Tri-State PWM. It supports Diode Emulation Mode to enhance light-load performance. The compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package (31-pin) is optimally chosen and designed to minimize parasitic inductance for minimal EMI signature.
