The AOZ5508QI is a DrMOS Power Module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver, designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck (step-down) topology. This module offers a 35A continuous output current capacity, supports a wide 25V input voltage range, and comes in a compact 3.5mm x 4.5mm package. The MOSFETs are individually optimized for synchronous buck configuration: The High-Side MOSFET is optimized to achieve low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching with low duty cycle operation, while the Low-Side MOSFET has ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. This module uses a PWM input for accurate control of the power MOSFET's switching activities, is compatible with 5V (CMOS) logic, and supports Tri-State PWM. It supports Diode Emulation Mode to enhance light-load performance.
