The AOZ5311UQI is a high-efficiency DrMOS Power Module designed for synchronous buck topology, consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver. The High-Side MOSFET is optimized for low capacitance and gate charge to enable fast switching, while the Low-Side MOSFET features ultra-low ON resistance to minimize conduction losses. The module uses a PWM input for accurate control of MOSFET switching and is compatible with both 3V and 5V (CMOS) logic, supporting Tri-State PWM. It features SMOD# control to enable Diode Emulation Mode for improved light-load performance.
